Media Arts and Science – Education (BA)
Bridge the arts, technology and education with a first-of-a-kind Bachelor of Arts in media arts and sciences with a concentration in education online. In this program, you’ll learn how to use media technologies to enhance learning in a variety of settings. Media arts and sciences courses
You’ll take a variety of courses that allow you to explore the intersection of media arts and technology. Key topics include teaching media arts, programming for contemporary web technologies, computational photography, mixed-reality experience and animating virtual worlds. To culminate the program, you’ll complete a two-semester applied project if you want to focus on artistic technology development or a three-semester internship if you seek hands-on experience in educational settings.
