Integrative Health (BS)
Explore your passion for individualized health care when you pursue a Bachelor of Science in integrative health online from Arizona State University. In this program, you’ll prepare to serve the needs of diverse populations by drawing from traditional, conventional and complementary treatments. As a graduate, you’ll be equipped to think critically about various therapies, modalities and practitioners as you pursue careers in general health and nursing or professional health graduate programs.
Courses in integrative health, science, nutrition and more
Coursework depends on the track you choose. Topics you may explore include biological, manipulative and body-based therapies, interprofessional practice, needs assessment, legal and ethical issues, innovation in health care and more. The program culminates in a capstone course in which you’ll design a healing environment project that reflects a health care organization’s mission and values, as well as emphasizes integrative health care beliefs and philosophies.
Note: An in-person lab experience is required for those who select the pre-health graduate school track. Learn more about this hands-on opportunity.
